!  MEB 17 Nov 1999;  decreased negative C6H2'-G7H1' restraint from 4.5A
!    to 3.5 A because crosspeak is visible in 400 ms mixing time spectrum
!    and G7H1' is very broad, making such crosspeaks barely visible.

!   In light of the assignment for G4H1', conformations with both G4
!  and G7 syn have been identified.  We make two sets of restraints
!  and minimize each conformation separately.  Entirely new set of restraints
!  from those in April.
